My Story

Early Life
I grew up just outside Washington, D.C., in the quiet suburb of Potomac, Maryland—a place I still call home today. Our community was close-knit, centered around church gatherings, weekend sports, and families that all seemed to know each other.
As the youngest of four kids, I was constantly surrounded by energy, encouragement, and a little healthy competition. My dad played a big role in shaping my early interests—he not only introduced me to woodworking, showing me how to build and fix things with my hands, but also sparked my love for aviation. Some of my favorite memories are of him taking us to airshows, where I'd stare up at the sky, completely captivated by the sound and grace of airplanes.
Career
As a teenager and young adult, I was drawn to the skies. I dreamed of flying for the Navy, but let’s just say academics weren’t my strong suit, and that door didn’t open.
After college, my love for working with my hands led me to start a home improvement business, but aviation still had a grip on me. I began flight lessons and eventually shifted gears again—this time, determined to become an airline pilot. I earned my credentials, became a flight instructor, and even flew cargo. But one night, a critical mistake—forgetting to lower the landing gear—brought that chapter to a close.
With that dream grounded, I had to pivot quickly. I turned to technology, taught myself the ropes, and launched a new career in IT support. Eventually, I started another business—this time in computer support—and found myself becoming more and more curious about the world of online entrepreneurship.

My Philosophy
Looking back, one thing’s clear: I’ve never been afraid to pivot. Whether it was flying, building, or troubleshooting networks, I’ve followed my curiosity without fear—and it’s taken me on a wild, meaningful ride.
I’ve made more than my share of mistakes (including one unforgettable landing gear incident), but I’ve always found a way to turn setbacks into something positive. In fact, that crash led me to meet my amazing wife—proof that even detours can lead to your greatest blessings.
Through it all, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, a resistance to the traditional path, and a drive to build something that lasts. I don’t believe in retiring to just play golf and sit on the porch. My goal is to keep creating, keep learning, and help others do the same—for as long as I’m breathing.
